Matt Nuijens Named Director of Dealer Development for Thermo King

(Minneapolis - November 7, 2008) - Matt Nuijens has been named director of Dealer Development for Thermo King Corporation, responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of "Best Practice" programs and activities that are designed to further strengthen the Thermo King dealer network and enhance customer service. Nuijens will provide leadership in implementing these programs through internal advisory groups and the Thermo King Sales and Marketing organizations.

Nuijens joined Ingersoll Rand in 2006 as a business manager with the Industrial Technologies sector. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Nuijens held roles of increasing responsibility within the Sales and Marketing organizations of Goodrich/Garlock sealing technologies, Danaher Tool Group and, immediately prior to Ingersoll Rand, with Newell Rubbermaid.

Nuijens received his BS in Communications from the State University of New York in 1993 and his MBA from the Loyola College of Maryland in 2004.

I believe we need to develop a strategy that will foster open communication with our dealer network and allow us to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.
